Lathe Cylinder
Mark All Faces
Select Face
Unmark Current Face
Delete Marked
Mark Verts In Order
Lathe Verts
Verify And Remove Extra Verts
One thing I forgot to mention, mark and remove the circular face in the center of the sphere. (Optional)
